Just started. Good so far. I wish it connected with our online storage so that completed forms could be automatically added to our storage instead of having to download them.

Do you put your full name on your diploma?
I would suggest more of an American standard to have a single middle name and abbreviating that one. In other parts of the world, those with a civil registry for example, your full name is used on diplomas anyhow, as that's your name and your name's what goes on a diploma.)
Does full name include middle name?
If asked in a legal context — which it normally is — it means your entire name, whatever that is. Most of the time, yes, it means first name, middle name, last name. You have a middle initial only (and no middle name).
Does full legal name include middle name?
The Social Security Administration does not consider a middle name or suffix as part of an individual's legal name. But many other legal sources say a full legal name includes middle name. However, as long as first and last name match up, then there isn't usually a problem.
What does your full name consist of?
When a US form asks for “full name”, it means the sequence of names as written on your birth certificate or other official documentation (such as passport). In your case, your first name (usually the name you are known by) is the “first name” and you're remaining phenoms would be the “middle name(s)”.
