some forms are not as well created. would be nice to be able to tab between fields. or when clicking in fields that should all be within the same horizontal line it would be nice if they automatically lined up rather than having to be moved like individual text boxes.

Export signatures from Microsoft Outlook The signatures in Microsoft Outlook are located in a folder named Signature. Open this folder, and you can copy or cut signatures easily.
Exporting a signature template Select the Export button: it is located on the far right at the bottom of the options displayed and it will be highlighted orange when you place your cursor over it. A window is displayed prompting you to confirm that you wish to export the signature. Click Yes to confirm.
