This has been a wonderful resource for locating, filling out, filing and printing out documents. I don't understand how to make the most out of the system and wish I could get a little more help (for blondes). But overall, a great experience!

An easy method of filling out and sending documents. Problem with sending document due to 'Bugs' in the system
It took three tries to send off a document and I still do not have a confirmation that it was send nor d I have a date in which the document would be received.
The concept is good as I can go to the website and complete a document and send it off. Still some bugs

so far ease of use seams to be the direction this system is built on. I would love to see more controls to authorized users and an auto save feature from original templates after and before fill. over all I love how going paperless is very easy to use

can be a little tricky to set up at first but I do love the ease of having a form filled out and emailed rather than printing, hand writing and then scanning to save to the cloud!

I just started using it today. So far, I am very happy with it. I was able to use the draw feature to sign where I needed to, how I wanted to without using the "sign" feature.

How do I export Microsoft form data?
In Microsoft Forms on the Responses tab, select Open in Excel. Your form responses will open in an Excel workbook. From Excel, you can export or save your form responses as a PDF file.
How do I export responses from Microsoft Forms?
To export survey responses, select Export in the upper-left corner of the report. A notification is displayed in the upper-right corner when the responses are being exported and after the export is complete.
How do I extract results in Microsoft Forms?
Open the form for which you want to review the results, and then select the Responses tab. Scroll down to review a summary of the responses for each question asked. Select View results to see detailed responses from each respondent.
How do I export Forms?
Well, here are the steps:Click the Entries button underneath the form you want to export from the Form Manager. Click the Bulk Actions link to bring up the mass delete and export options. Click the Export button. Choose your file format preference: Excel (.xls), Tabs (.txt), or Commas (.csv)
Can I export a Microsoft form?
To export your form, go the Share button and then copy the URL from the share as template button. Then paste the URL into a new browser instance for the destination client. You can now edit the form for the destination client, if necessary.
How do I download Microsoft Forms data?
If you created a form with Forms on the Web, every time you click Open in Excel (in the Responses tab), an offline, standalone workbook will be downloaded to Excel desktop. You can save this workbook to any location. Each time you click Open in Excel, you will get a new workbook, which contains the latest data.
