I've been able to recreate documents into templates and this way it is easy to fill out when they are used repeatedly. I also like the signature part makes signing docs very handy. I haven't used, but am excited about the notary part that was added.

Quick to respond to email.
Quick to respond to email.Most of the time when you send an email, it goes out and either no response or very delayed response. NOT so with PDFiller, they responded to my question quickly and took care of the issue. I am very happy with the response as well as how efficient they were. pdfFiller.com gave me faith in online companies. I have no idea what I was trying to accomplish, but had signed up for a 30 day trial. I never used the program, just must have been sleep working. Anyhow, I was so surprised when I got the notification that I had just bought a year subscription. I was beating myself up and trying to figure out how I could be so unaware. I first tried to call. The phone was endlessly busy, I thought wow I just lost $122 (I paid in Canadian funds). Anyhow, I thought I may as well try sending an email. I could not believe it!!!! The response was almost immediate. Max, took care of everything. He issued a refund, and let me know he had cancelled any future subscription. I was in absolute shock. If I had a need for pdfFiller, in that moment, I would have signed up for years. THANK YOU for being accommodating and obviously trustworthy. Again, you have given me a bit of hope for humanity.
