I like using the program the only downfall for me is unless I pay more for the subscription I'm not allowed to use the premier options. That is my opinion It's already expensive for me since I really only use it for tax returns.

I was happy with the subscription but at this time I can’t afford it.
I'm happy with the subscription and the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good subscription that did the basics, and the site recommended one that checked all the boxes. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for.
The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that I had to decline from the offer because it was to expensive annually, rather than it being monthly.

I like everything except when filing in…
I like everything except when filing in the forms the lines do not automatically wrap to the next line. I have to know to stop and manually go to the next line, Maybe that could be fixed. Also, when I tried to share the completed to form via email; nothing was received by the recipient. Only via fax did information get received.

It's great
It's great. Not as good as adobe in the areas of text replacement or image addition. It is also not as sophisticated for selection mechanisms. If you need to fill in documents or create PDFs this is a solid application that can do the stuff that you will need quickly and cheaply.

Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.

How long can you extend a closing date?
Some states' realtor purchase agreements include a provision which allow an automatic closing date extension of one to two weeks for lender-related requests. If not, the buyer must then ask the seller for a loan extension.
Is it common to Extend Closing Date?
The main problem is related to the fact that purchase contracts contain an acceptance date coupled with a closing date. If the closing date is missed, at a minimum the contract is in jeopardy, at maximum the contract has expired. The common action is to extend the closing date, but the sellers might not agree.
Why would a closing date change?
Either way, this could mean changing the real estate closing date because the buyer can't close without money to make the deal. Buyers or sellers might ask for more time in the event of an illness, family emergency, job change, or problems with the moving company. Closing dates aren't always pushed back.

Penalties associated with a missed closing date that has nothing to do with contingencies might include a cancellation of the sale.
