I've often wished I could fill out information on the screen, not just print off and then fill by hand. My handwriting is really scratchy and hard to read, quite unprofessional. The PDFfiller has been an answer to my prayers.

When I chatted with support When I chatted with support, I had had two different people who took the files I had been trying to merge unsuccessfully and merge them for me!!! Similarly when I had trouble with blank pages and missing pages in a merged document I found out it was because I was using Edge as my browser instead of Chrome. It would have been best if that had been in the program itself, but support really came through to help me out.

I love this app but I wish it was more user friendly I love this app but I wish it was more user friendly. Especially when beginning the use of this app and also know I sometime struggle to figure out how to print or upload my document I need to fill in my information to the document. But other than that I love that this app is out there!!!

I wish it was a little easier to type things into my... I wish it was a little easier to type things into my papers however I am getting the hang of it, I dont like that sometimes I will click in an area and the typing bar doesnt appear where I clicked on, but near the area, sometimes thats in the middle of a line on the page and thats annoying.

The IRS recommends holding onto your tax returns for seven years if you filed a claim for a loss of worthless securities or a bad debt deduction, and you should hold onto your tax paperwork indefinitely if you did not file a return for a given year or if you filed a fraudulent return, which again, you're hopefully not
Always keep receipts, bank statements, invoices, payroll records, and any other documentary evidence that supports an item of income, deduction, or credit shown on your tax return. Even if you don't need a document to do your taxes, you might need it for something else. When it doubts, keep it.
As of 1997, the IRS accepts scanned and digital receipts as valid records for tax purposes. Revenue Procedure 97-22 details the specific requirements; as long as your digital receipts are accurate and can be readily stored, preserved, retrieved and reproduced, you're in the clear.
There are no rules on how you must keep records. You can keep them on paper, digitally or as part of a software program (like book-keeping software). HMRC can charge you a penalty if your records are not accurate, complete and readable.
Anything that is labeled as a “worksheet” should not be submitted to the IRS or your state. You will submit any pages that have Form XXX (this will be a number) or Schedule x (this will be a letter) at the top of the page.
Keep records for 3 years from the date you filed your original return or 2 years from the date you paid the tax, whichever is later, if you file a claim for credit or refund after you file your return. Keep records for 7 years if you file a claim for a loss from worthless securities or bad debt deduction.
Make a List. Make Backup Copies. Hand Deliver, If Possible. Mailing Your Documents Is a Good Second Option. Faxing Your Documents Works for Simple Documents. If You Must Use Email, Use Encryption. Use a Secure Portal.
