I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. Used it for a few days. great features though was not the right product for me at this stage.ran into a payment issue, the customer service is extremely good and fixed the issue within 15 mins..awestruck!

it did take me awhile to figure things out because I am older, I didn't realize that I couldn't upload my documents until I subscribed to the free trial

Saving the doc from the pdf fillable to Word and then making any changes, changes spacing and became difficult to navigate the changes when trying to save as.

What do you like best?
The fact that you can make templates for repeat use. That saves me a lot of time.
What do you dislike?
The cost is a little high for what I use it for- just doing some monthly billing for a handful of clients.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It saves me time and I have a lot of difficulties filling out insurance forms by hand as the fields are so small.

It works well in that you can fill out the form, but...
It works well in that you can fill out the form, but it would be great if you could move the text box once you've started. I was unable to do that and had to start over in some cases because alignment was off.
