I've been able to recreate documents into templates and this way it is easy to fill out when they are used repeatedly. I also like the signature part makes signing docs very handy. I haven't used, but am excited about the notary part that was added.

So convenient and easy
I absolutely love how easy it is to pull a document and fill in information or sign and send back out. This is super simple for the constant paperwork I must complete.
It is difficult sometimes to get the size and format of wording to fit correctly.

Excellent customer service and response time. Very easy to use platform. Tons of capabilities and resources built in. Legal forms lists and easy to use e-signatures!!! This program is amazing!!! I'm an owner operator of a small construction company and can't believe I've been in business for almost 10 years without these resources so far. The product is very good and it works very nice and it's very easy to comprehend how to use it, but the way you have the purchase setup I feel is very misleading I signed up for the month the month payment and you took a full year out of my account I did not like that that is why I would never recommend your product to anyone want to use because you can really mess up a person and you could be taking money that they could not have to be taken at the time.
You need the fix your payment process area or you will lose other customers like myself because I did report it to the Better Business Bureau cuz I did not appreciate that.
