It's great to be able to fill out any pdf online. It looks so much more professional. I find the site to be very intuitive and self-explanatory. I've been able to figure out everything I needed just by doing it. I wish the subscription wasn't so expensive though because I don't feel I can afford it. The free trial is a great introduction.

I really like the fact that you can create your own templates and save them for future use. I also like being able to send a text to another party and have them sign electronically.

The only real complaint I have is that I keep getting signed out.

To file a claim, start by clicking the file or track a claim button at the top of the page and select your product. Be sure to have the make and model of your device available, and a method of payment for your deductible, if required.
Asuncion Warranties protect against unexpected product failures and costly repairs or replacement and provide you with peace of mind. Asuncion plans deliver fast, convenient repairs, simple plan management, 24/7 support, and online claims filing.
Asuncion does a 12-month warranty on all devices that they send out. You're still in that time frame, so that's who you'll need to speak with. If you call CS, and they realize you're using a phone that's from Asuncion, they're supposed to warm transfer you over there to handle the replacement.
We provide coverage for loss, theft, damage, liquid damage and defects after the manufacturer's warranty ends. We'll also cover the accessories that come with your device, including a standard battery, car charger, home charger, earbuds and more.
Cell phone insurance offers the best protection for lost, stolen or broken phones. Asuncion protection includes liquid damage, but not all policies do. With most wireless insurance programs you pay month to month as long as your coverage continues. If you decide to discontinue your coverage, you can cancel at any time.
Claims must be reported within 60 or 90 days of the date of loss, depending on your carrier. Second, when you receive your replacement device, you'll be required to return your damaged device with the prepaid shipping label that comes with the replacement.
How long does the claims process take? Most claims take less than 10 minutes to file. However, some claims may take longer because of additional requirements or lack of replacement inventory.
Simple. Be honest and return the damaged phone to Asuncion, or they will charge you a couple of hundred dollars as a penalty. HOWEVER, if you owe $1400 to AT&T they can blacklist your new replacement phone if you default on your bill.
Asuncion MUST see usage on a device before a claim is filed. They will deny a claim if you say a phone was stolen and the SIM card is used after the fact. It means the SIM was not in the stolen/lost device.
Deductibles: For device replacement, the deductible per claim will be $9/$99/$149/$199/$249 depending on device. If your smartphone is eligible for cracked screen repair, the deductible is $29.
