The program is awesome. Spectacular. Your business practices are manipulative and shady. As much as I like the actual experience of using your website, the way you rope people in to pay for the privilege only AFTER they finish their documents is clearly intentional and very very suspect. For that reason I will never recommend this to anyone.

I use it for filling out work related forms. The forms look much better when filled out online rather than writing in all of the data. I'm able to save a copy online or on my computer, rather than filing a hard copy. It's very convenient and the forms look good too.

It was good. Hard to edit one document due to not being able to insert words. It was a lot easier & more convenient than finding a typewriter or printing the form having to use white out for goofs.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.

I've been a customer of ********************** for almost 2 years now. The program has completely upped my game from writing business letters, filling out pdfs, faxing important documents - there is no limit to what you can do with a program like PDFFiller. But, what really pulled me in, other than the superb professional look and quality that PDFFiller gives my correspondence, was the help I received when I needed it. For example, I needed help with merging two documents that I needed to fax. I received help via the Chat Box within seconds of asking for assistance. It's like having your own IT team 24 hours a day! I also just found out that outbound faxes are included in the price and, if you want your own inbound fax number, $20.00 a month gets you your own fax number! The list goes on and on. I needed to send a corporate…
I needed to send a corporate dissolution document to the state of Deleware and thanks to pdffiller, I was able to find the document I need, fill it in online, and even was able to mail it USPS through the site without ever having to print out a document, manually sign it and have to go to the post office to send it registered mail.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.
