Had some trouble with billing and the customer service was right on it and took care of the problem. Software is good and being able to access various pre-made docs is very nice.

Easy to use, but sometimes doesn't show exactly what I need with form being listed under another name or title (e.g. a search for DA 31 gave me the AR 600-1 132 page doc but not the Leave and Pass Form).

It meets my needs very well. If I could get my own fax number for less than $10/month I would add that. As it is now, I have a fax separate from this but only pay $8/month so will keep and use separately. Disappointed it was so much for the add on. Also, for the edit option. Many things to do but all as add ons. For now, I like what I can do, though.

Outstanding Functionality & Customer Service
I tried several pdf editors in my search to save time filling out real estate forms. How do you write identification marks in an application form?
When I form asks about 'visible identification marks', it generally means, tattoos, moles, birthmarks, scars etc. This is so you can be identified if you are in an accident (or worse), go missing and a description is required, or you are arrested etc. The location of these would be on your face, neck, arms & legs.
How do you write identification?
Include detail about key people involved in the event. Or, if the Identification (ID) term is a person, includes important details about them. Provide personal information that shows insight into how historical figures acted.

It's ID's or IDs. AFAIK whether to use an apostrophe is solely a matter of preference. Both are valid. Yes, it can depend on the style guide you're using, but since you're clearly not using a style guide, the plural of cat is cats, and the plural of ID is IDs. Simple as that.
