I have yet to use the on-line features. Still deciding if I want HIPPA files out there. I don't know where your servers are located, but if they are outside of the US then I'm concerned about where and what the privacy laws of the "domain" country are. I ran into this issue years ago setting up some legal files. All servers were required to be located within the US.

This is a great programme
This is a great programme - but as an individual, probably not quite what I wanted as it is a bit expensive for the odd document.

I needed to create new documents when my original templates had disappeared because I moved and my email locked me out. PDF Filler came to the rescue and made it possible for me to create all new documents and templates and I was back in business.

I like this app very much it makes keeping track of my medications, allergies, surgeries and other medical information easier and all in one place. I can just print what I need to take with me when I am going to see a new doctor for the first time. I recommend this product.

How do I insert a fill line in Word?
Click the Insert tab, then click the Shapes button. Click the basic Line shape. When the cursor changes to a plus sign, hold down the Ctrl key to give you a straight drawing line, and drag the cursor to the right of the text you just typed, giving your form recipients a place to write.
