I absolutely LOVE the convenience PDF filler provides for our patients, as well as our front desk staff. The only thing that would improve the service would be a guide that indicates to the patient that they missed a section, so they know to keep scrolling to complete all the forms.

Must be familiar with Zip files; Dashboard is super user-friendly; would not recommend for an occasional user - should have consistent need for the various services it provides.

It is 100% easier than anything else I have ever used to manipulate and work within pdf files. Please contact me if you would like a reference. I have told everyone about it and how great the site is for true productivity.

It is a very robust platform that could use a few more page editing tools - what about cut and paste to move a line of text left or right?

Good for business Works well most of the time with only about 5% of customers having difficulty signing documents. Plan to keep using PDFFILLER does everything I need it to do for my business: quick edits, templates and storage. Some workflow improvements could be made to save clicks and therefore time. It was easy to use however I believe as a snowbird they should have another way to fill out the 8840 without having to sign up for this form filler. As it turns out we tried to fill out on line and the signature part wouldn't work. We ended up printing out the form and filling it by hand and mailing it in.

The HUD-1 Settlement Statement is a standard government real estate form that was once used by settlement agents, also called closing agents, to itemize all charges imposed upon a borrower and seller for a real estate transaction. The statement is no longer used, with one exception reverse mortgages.
The HUD-1 lists all costs related to closing the transaction. Federal law requires the form to be used as a standard real estate settlement form in reverse mortgage and mortgage refinance transactions.
Your HUD-1 Settlement Statement should arrive at least 24 hours prior to closing. When you buy a home or other piece of real estate property, your escrow or title company will prepare a HUD-1 Settlement Statement.
The top of the first page of the HUD-1 shows information about the parties, the mortgage, and the closing. The file number (Section B. 6.) is the settlement agent's file number, and you will be asked for it if you call the escrow (or title insurer, if the same company) with title or escrow questions.
This year, the big news out of Washington and the financial industry's watchdog agency, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), is the new program replacing the old Good Faith Estimate, Truth in Lending and HUD-I. The program is called the TILL/RESP Integrated Disclosures or TRIED.
In transactions that do not include a seller, such as a refinancing loan, the settlement agent may use the shortened HUD-1A form. If you applied for a mortgage after October 3, 2015, for most kinds of mortgage loans you receive a form called the Closing Disclosure instead of a HUD-1.
The HUD-1 form, often also referred to as a Settlement Statement, a Closing Statement, Settlement Sheet, combination of the terms or even just HUD is a document used when a borrower is lent funds to purchase real estate. Another acronym used in relation to the HUD form is GFE, which means 'Good Faith Estimate'.
Another big distinction between the Closing Disclosure and the HUD-1 is where the HUD-1 listed all terms, charges and credits for both the buyer and the seller, the Closing Disclosure has a separate form for the buyer as it does for the seller. It contains similar information to the HUD-1.
