What do you like best?
I like being able to streamline our company process with our patient's paperwork.
What do you dislike?
I use the Sign Now that the availability comes with the Platinum pkg. I found that I have to keep resubmitting every document I upload...I have to refresh the page. Every document I send out I have to refresh the page again. I know to clean my cookies and Cache and I still have to refresh.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I love the fact that the clients can sign their documents as we wait instead of looking for an email or having to print it out sign it and then get it back to us.

I purchased a change to my account in error. I purchased a change to my account not knowing I was upgrading to a different service, one I didn't need and that I purchased in error. I immediately contacted pdfFiller and spoke to Kara. I explained my situation, and within minutes, she reverted my account back to the basic service and issued me a refund for the difference. What do you like best? I like being able to merge documents so easily and correcting documents. What do you dislike? That you cannot merge from the first page you have to view all documents in order to select the documents you want to merge Recommendations to others considering the product: In my industry, we are always on the go so it's nice to have something that is simple to use and meets the needs that I have. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I do not have to go to the office anymore to scan documents when I am submitting an offer. It saves me time and effort.

sometimes the app freezes and takes a few minutes to load which can be inconvenient when files are needed quickly. Also some features also drag for example the signature portion. Overall great app which I use daily for my work.
