This has been very helpful and affordable. Please make sure that my credit card is only charged one time. Initially, the processing would not accept my card and I have entered this card for the same Monthly subscription approx 3x's. Please make sure that only one monthly fee of19.99 is charged to may account. I am not in aposition right now for excessive billing. The software is excellent - really easy to use. I wasn#t sure whether to pay for something I'll only use a few times a year but decided to do so simply to save time searching for free software that probably wouldn't be as good. One minor niggle: I paid on my debit card and it took me back to the website, whereupon I had to pay again to gain access - not sure if I have paid twice or not. Would have been five stars other than for that.

I use it for contracts on a day to day basis and it’s extremely easy to use and very helpful.

Honestly it’s pretty solid all the way around, maybe if there were an easier way to export files but that’s really no big deal.

Great Program with pretty much all you need
This is a great program and I'm able to do what I want to so far. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is I think it is a little expensive for the service and it's not really user friendly I would think if you were not pretty computer literate. Outside of those two things...IT GREAT!

Pretty good experience..........a bit…
Pretty good experience..........a bit hard to find state designated forms....I was looking for New York State forms. After google searching with the endword PDFfiller I was successful.

Can an eviction notice be handwritten?
Yes, the landlord can give you a hand-written notice to terminate your tenancy. There is no rule that it needs to be typed. However, there are rules on the contents of the notice.

Although a signed, handwritten note is enough to give legal written notice, it is proper and professional to type out a business letter. You can begin your letter with “To Landlord:” if you are not familiar with your landlord personally.
