How do I insert an image into a fillable PDF?

To insert an image into a PDF, you need to use the Edit object tool located in the Content tab on the right. When selected the tool, place cursor over the page and right click (CTRL click on Mac) and choose place image.

How do I add a picture to a PDF for free?

First, go to our PDF Editor and upload your file. Click 'Add Image', locate the image file that you wish to add to the PDF page and click OK. It should now appear in the middle of the screen. Feel free to click on the image and drag it around or resize it in any way that you'd like.

The tool you are looking for (Snapshot Tool) is probably not available, so right-click on the toolbar and select More Tools. Then way down near the bottom, select Snapshot Tool.
