I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named **** was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! It took a like while for me to figure out how to do what I wanted to do. But once I did, I was able to create the doc I needed. The part I liked best was the guidelines to put the fillable boxes in line with the other boxes in the document.

How do I insert a picture into a fillable PDF?
To insert an image into a PDF, you need to use the Edit object tool located in the Content tab on the right. When selected the tool, place cursor over the page and right click (CTRL click on Mac) and choose place image.
How do I add a picture to a PDF for free?
First, go to our PDF Editor and upload your file. Click 'Add Image', locate the image file that you wish to add to the PDF page and click OK. It should now appear in the middle of the screen. Feel free to click on the image and drag it around or resize it in any way that you'd like.

The tool you are looking for (Snapshot Tool) is probably not available, so right-click on the toolbar and select More Tools. Then way down near the bottom, select Snapshot Tool. When you use the Snapshot Tool, you can basically crop a square/rectangular shape out of any open PDF. Just click, drag, and release.
