So far, so good. I don't like that it seems to lose its connection frequently and I have lost data a time or two but that may be a function of where/what I work on. Otherwise, fair deal for the price.

I had an issue that customer service…
I had an issue that customer service handled quickly and professionally. I was very impressed! I highly recommend working with this company they have excellent customer service.

Was not sure about the monthly versus the yearly and almost paid too much! In my opinion: There should be an option for businesses with more than one licensed user to have access too, versus giving out my personal login so my partners can benefit from the same resource. Such as a link where up to two are licensed and covered and then the rest have to get their own subscription.

Can you fake a payslip?
Nothing is fake if it can be backed up by the person. If they can pay the bills that equal the slip, then that's all the proof that is needed. A payslip is just a receipt that cannot be used to return anything. A receipt is a proof of purchase of a product at a specific place.

If there was a check attached to your pay stub, a thief is likely attempting to cash that check. They can put a stop on your check, so that there is no way a thief will be able to cash it. Someone in the H. R department can also help to change your direct deposit information.
