Excellent cloud based software that I am able to use on any computer!
Easily able to share between documents that are signed between multiple people.
I love that I am able to use the software on any computer or phone with ease along with signing PDF documents!
I would like if I could create boxes easier that were adjustable fields rather than just having a single section.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. I purchased a change to my account in error.
I purchased a change to my account not knowing I was upgrading to a different service, one I didn't need and that I purchased in error. I immediately contacted pdfFiller and spoke to Kara. I explained my situation, and within minutes, she reverted my account back to the basic service and issued me a refund for the difference. She was extremely helpful and I'm extremely satisfied.

Just what I was looking for!
Just what I was looking for! Affordable. Easy to use website because it's user-friendly. I went ahead and got the year subscription because I was very satisfied. The only issue I had was enlarging my signature to use it. But that might be my own human error.
