I did not read the info, just went into the bpo form, which was very easy/simple. But, after all inputs were done, I realized I had to pay, and I did not have no money on me or in my account. Gilbie was an excellent agent who helped me out to at least get a print out. The software could only print, but couldn't save. I had to use pdf Filler to fill out some online divorce documents, and after being initially upset at having to pay for a monthly subscription for a year to print it (very upset), I sucked it up, signed up, and have never stopped using it. Just discovered the eraser...very cool.

The site is very easy to navigate. I'm a novice when it comes to anything to do with forms, etc. Your site is so easy because it's intuitive. It just makes sense about what to do next, no hunting around trying to figure what the site builders were thinking. Easy peasy.

The printing of documents can be tricky sometimes. Most of the time I save as a PDF and open with Adobe.

Have the basic Adobe software as well. It makes printing documents, in the proper size, much easier.

I've been using this app to help me edit a workbook PDF that I am using for a course and it has been incredibly helpful. The only issue I am having comes to resizing text boxes, which can be rather cumbersome.
