What do you like best?
I started using PDFfiller as an alternative to Adobe Acrobat, which is not available for Chromebook. I expected it to be something I could use to make small edits to PDFs and also to fill in non-fillable forms. It has proven to be way WAY more than that. I like that the program is incredibly versatile
What do you dislike?
I wish I could save files to by Google Drive into the folders that I want rather than having to move them from the PDFfiller folder.

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. Great to use especially working from home
I have been working from home and Sarah PDF has been trying amazing. It is very easy to use and the way I am able to merge my documents and download them is great.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

This is all new to me and didn't know…
This is all new to me and didn't know there was just a thing to let me fill in PDFs instead of printing them, filling them out and scanning then uploading to email back to someone... for example. Talk about a time saver!!! Plus I love the way it looks! So much more professional than hand written. In my opinion.

I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.
