This program was a lifesaver while trying to apply for jobs and fill out rental applications out of state. I had to amend my 2014 federal taxes, and when I went in to the form, it brought me onto your site. I filled out the form and went to print when I found out that there was a cost for the program. I only needed the program for a short amount of time. I will be cancelling the program as soon as my amended tax forms are completed and the IRS is satisfied.

I love it but have trouble navigating some aspects.The printed version doesn't look as nice as the screen version. I love being able to complete paperwork online, filling it in and getting it sent back.

This little program is life-changing.
This little program is life-changing. Needing to continuously reproduce docs from old paperwork and (business) historical documents is insanely time consuming. Retyping, reformatting you name it. Sometimes OCR software doesn't cut it. With this program, I've cut my frustration time by 90%. My production time is a breeze. The remaining 10% is my learning curve, but I"m figuring out more as I go, and when stuck? Kara is in chat to figure it and me out. Done.

I like it very much, I think it has great fearures and it has helped me a lot... so much that I was ready to become a paid user. However, 2 of the last documents I uploaded to the system were cut-off and seriously changed (different format, things missing, etc) the uploaded document did not show as an identical version of the original document and that made me change my mind. I use it for contracts and they need to be exactly as the original document. These are legally binding documents, so because of that, I decided not to continue the service after the free trial ends.

How do you correct a mistake on a notarized document?
In California, Notaries are not allowed to correct certificates after the signer has left their presence. The only way to fix a mistake is for the Notary and signer to meet again to complete a new certificate.

Can you notarize a document with whiteout on it?

If a notary public makes a mistake (it's bound to happen at some point), he or she should use a blank document in its place.
How do I amend a notarized document?
Can I make changes or corrections to an already notarized document? No. A notary public must never change, correct, or amend a notarial certificate at a later date. Such alterations can only be made at the time of the execution of the notarization when the principal signer is present.
Can you void a notarized document?
To void a notarization that was not completed, simply line through the journal entry, initial it, and make a notation explaining the reason the notarization was cancelled.
