I’m new to PDFfiller. Like the create document feature, although have to search and search for specific forms....Not easy to access. But do find PDFfiller beneficial, useful. Will continue to subscribe to this platform. Great for personal use as well as business use.

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. I wasn't able to login or access the acct and kara was extremely helpful and patient during the whole process. Now i am able to access the acct and move forward. She was wonderful!!!!
