I give it a 4/5 because sometimes editing text might change the context of the document (ex.remove boxes or darkness of boxes etc). Other than that it's worked fine.

Auto Renewal Charge
I was auto charged for a 2nd year for this service via PayPal. I do not need it and was surprised to see the charge. I contacted customer service via chat and they immediately issued a refund with no questions asked. I received an immediate email confirmation. That is customer service. Thank you pdfFiller.

Actually, I just came across this with a standard google search. I was using Adobe Illustrator and it was overkill and took ages to load every time I just wanted to update a PDF file. This has been awesome and so easy and quick to use! The 'Signature' option was a bonus as well!

What is the Ping tool used for?

What is the purpose of pinging an IP address?
Ping is a computer network administration utility used to test the reach ability of a host on an Internet Protocol (IP) network and to measure the round-trip time for messages sent from the originating host to a destination computer.
What happens when you ping an IP address?
You issue the ping command along with a specific URL or IP address. Your computer sends several packets of information out to that device, and then waits for a response. When it gets the response, the ping tool shows you how long each packet took to make the round tripod tells you there was no reply.

How does IP ping work?

In general though I would go with these rules of thumb: less than 50ms ping is perfect, less than 100ms ping is good to average, 150ms is where you are going to start having problems with games, and above 150 ms ping you may experience lag and such in games.
What is ping protocol?
The technology used to make ping work is Internet Control Message Protocol (RCMP). A ping works by sending an RCMP echo request packet to the destination. When the destination receives it, it will respond with an RCMP echo reply. Often the word ping and RCMP are used interchangeably.
