Great software program, lots of useful and dynamic features, good trial offer - better than all comp., fairly user friendly interface given some basic computer skills, etc. There are a few limitations or features that if were avail., I would increase my rating to 5 instead of 4. Thank you..

The actual service platform is fantastic, but their customer support is also top notch. One of their service agents, Kara, took care of an issue I was having within moments, and all done in an incredibly friendly and professional manner. Kudos to Kara! ;-)

Wonderful and fast support team!
I was in need of this service and it worked seamlessly and has a lot of options during the free trial that I had access to. I was not in need of the 1-year subscription that I was charged for. I reached out to their support team when I saw the charge come through and they canceled my subscription as well as fully reversed the charge with no hassle at all. This is a very useful service for those who need to edit pdfs frequently! Anna from their support team did a wonderful job and was very pleasant to work with.

It's great. Noticed some glitches on the forms, e.g. the text-in-th middle selection populates horizontally instead of vertically, making it impossible to see all that has been typed without scrolling across.

How do you treat wood logs?
Air- and Kiln-Drying the Logs Because water inside the wood can support a host of harmful organisms, the first step log home producers take is to reduce the moisture content of the logs. They may air-dry the wood for up to a year or more, heat the logs in huge kilns or use a combination of air- and kiln-drying.
What to put on logs to preserve them?
Use sung or linseed oil and a cloth to rub the oil into the wood. Check the wood after a few hours to see how much the oil has seeped in. If the wood feels dry then apply more oil.
What is the best treatment for log cabins?
New or previously untreated log cabins can be colored with a pigmented wood preserver such as Barrette Premier Wood Preservative, then sealed with a clear exterior wood oil such as Barrette Log Cabin Treatment.
