I have just been informed by my college that I can't use this format. After paying for it and working with it for months, they prefer I use a format with expandable boxes for each indicator. This is a user friendly method but my only difficulty as been that the only information I can add to the PDF is what fits in the fixed boxes. This would be a suggestion in the formatting of this PDF.

What do you like best?
Easy to use, anyone who I've sent a file has had no issues receiving and downloading. Some of them have told me they've gone on to use the product regularly themselves.
What do you dislike?
Nothing to do with pdffiller, but I sometimes forget to set up the files I'm uploading in the right folders. That's on me.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Under the 'documents' tab, the 2 columns on the right could be made more distinctly different from each other to denote they are in fact different. They are just two shades of gray and not that different in tone.

Adobe should take notes from PDFFILLER I like that it's web based which allows me to use it on any computer without having special software installed. Nothing too bad but sometimes the converter feature would hang when I was converting large documents.

Easy to use for 1099 filings Use for 1099s and other tax filings. Used this product for 1099 filings.. simple and easy to use except for ability to make edits (address changes etc.) once filed. Once a 1099 is filed, program does not make it easy to go back and edit a document. Also, any updated filings are charged another filing fee, which seems excessive.

What do you like best? That it looks professional, it is easy to use, and there are so many common templates to use which are always necessary, especially for a small business owner. What do you dislike? That it is always such a process to sign in if I am not at my home computer. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows me to complete my forms needed in a timely manner and saving time for me is ALWAYS beneficial. I am more productive. Title for your review: Excellent site for completing and sending important professional looking documents.

There is an accepted rule of keeping dental records and models for up to seven years. The models are generally stored for this amount of time unless the doctor feels that it is a big involved implant case and wants to keep the models indefinitely.
The applicable NHS regulations require general dental practitioners in England, Wales and Scotland to retain patient treatment records, associated radiographs, photographs and study models for a period of two years (six years in Northern Ireland) following on from the completion of the course of treatment and care
Stored records should be kept systematically for easy retrieval. Dentists do not have to notify patients if their records are stored in the basement of the dental office or other premises that are controlled by the dentist. If stored off-site, patient consent must be obtained.
Treatment Records, X-rays, Study Models, and Correspondence is to be retained for 11 years after the completion of treatment. For children, retention of records until the patient is 25 years old.
Patients do not have the right to possess their original record. If the patient requests a copy, the dentist is obligated to provide those records (including radiographs) within a reasonable time frame, which may be specified under state law. In most cases, reasonable, cost-based fee may be charged for copying records.
The dental record, also referred to as the patient chart, is the official office document that records all diagnostic information, clinical notes, treatment performed and patient-related communications that occur in the dental office, including instructions for home care and consent to treatment.
