Fast, helpful assistance from their support team I forgot to cancel my subscription with them. The money came out unexpectedly, and I was honestly pretty worried because it was the full year's subscription and I have had issues with internet companies not wanting to refund subscription fees in the past even when I asked for it immediately, without using it during the period I asked for the refund for. PDFFiller was great, though. I emailed them early this morning (late for me) and woke up to their response, which was that since it was less than 24 hours after the payment came out, they were able to just void the transaction. Assuming my bank is cool about it, I'll have my money back today.5/5 Do trust.

The only complaint that I have is that… The only complaint that I have is that in the editing section it isn't user friendly. What do you like best? I love the whiteout option and the text box. Also the drag option to move all text over. What do you dislike? I have no complaints at this time. Have had no issues since we first started using PDFiller. Recommendations to others considering the product: Purchase it What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am whiting out personal information, Printing documents with additional text not on it to avoid printing more than necessary.

I didn't realize how much use I would… I didn't realize how much use I would make of this program, or the range of functions that it offers. I just got the free-version at first because I needed a digital signature. But now, as an academic, I find I use it all the time to share and to sign documents: now that everything is online and we have limited contact, this has become more important. I can't say that I've mastered or even noticed all the file features this program offers, but almost every time I use it I discover something new. Well worth the money!
