I like being able to streamline our company process with our patient's paperwork.
What do you dislike?
I use the Sign Now that the availability comes with the Platinum pkg. I found that I have to keep resubmitting every document I upload...I have to refresh the page. Every document I send out I have to refresh the page again. I know to clean my cookies and Cache and I still have to refresh.

I love the fact that the clients can sign their documents as we wait instead of looking for an email or having to print it out sign it and then get it back to us.

Easy to use and very convenient.
Easy to upload and fill out any document. Saves as PDF or prints. Even has some tax and medical documents that you can download right from the site. Very convenient.

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. Great service and they got my refund and account canceled quickly. Thank you to ***** from support

****** from PdfFiller is Excellent!I needed to cancel my service for the time being for financial reasons and they handled it kindly and seamlessly with no hassle. Should I need this type of service again, I will definitely be back. Would recommend PdfFIller to others. New to this software but appears to be want I needed working with the many aspects of PDF's for our website. PDF Filler offered an excellent annual rate. I am concerned a little about getting to involved with them. You see it happen often after one year with service providers the rates start increasing. Than you need to find a new service to merge your existing business with. We'll see. Overall though the company has been excellent.

An Easier Way to File Taxes on Time
Mailing the document and the payment processing works very well. I would like a reminder to upload my extra attachments so that I don't have to try and add them later. I hope to refer to the site later like an archive for the information that I am mailing online.
