Great application. Only slight problem with address box, press the <enter> ket 3 or 4 times after filling sender address to keep it from printing over instructions in box immediately beneath.

The only issue I had was I had to complete it all in one sitting. Even though I paid for the sertvice it wouldn't let me save it. I started the document 3 times and lost all previous info the first two times.

The best software for creating fillable forms
Overall using PDF filler has been an awesome experience, It has been really easy to use and it has allowed to reduce the amount of paper in the office.
PDF filler is just great for any office, every day we are going for a much paperless way of working and being able to send fillable pdf forms makes this much easier.
Sometimes when creating the forms I'm having issues when placing boxes, because they sometimes don't line up where I want them to go.

I found it super easy to use - was looking for a product like this and it really met my needs! I have used it for basic tasks and it works great.
I feel like if I ever want to do more creative documents that I will need more training. This feature is a bit complicated to me.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Not your fault, but I need my "original signature" on the form for the form to be accepted. I was sooo excited that, during this whole COVID-19 isolation I could get this document notarized here! Ugh... Ridiculous. I may try it anyway as the delay in getting this done the way their website says they want it will be more ridiculous after my quarantine....hmmmm
