PDF filler is a real time saver
PDF filler is really good for formatting forms that don't come with editable text boxes. This is really useful for me as it saves me having to print off forms, write on them and then upload and send them back.
I have had an issue where one of the forms I was working on suddenly refreshed and I lost my progress. But it's only happened once

I do not find you disadvantaged, because you are covering the need of users who can not afford desktop software, to edit a PDF document

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. Easy to use. Has an issue with locating my document on my device when done. Took a few minutes to find it in downloads instead of documents.

What do you like best?
It's super fast to upload a document and simple to navigate the website. Filling out your PDF couldn't be easier!
What do you dislike?
The point where you save your document could be a little easier to understand but because I've been using them for 7+ years, I've got a handle on it. For someone just starting may find it a tiny bit confusing.

It's so easy to use! Make any PDF fillable! I have a tiny bit of OCD and filling in a form by hand just doesn't look professional enough for me so converting those forms to fillable using PDFFiller is a must!

A good program, a bit too comprehensive for me (in some ways), and a few (to me) important features were missing.
