It's pretty good, but I feel like it could be made better. I have to constantly click instead of just being able to tab to next area. Maybe I am overestimating coders and their abilities =P but thats my only issue.

So far it works great! There's a bit of a learning curve, but I was able to chat with a support rep even though it was late at night. He helped explain how I could achieve my goals for our Robotics team engineering notebook forms.

Well I'm still learning But the Draw option is AWESOME ,It lets you Sign in Real Time + It's Your Real Signature,Not a Generated one from putting text in a box and using thePC's script font to generate a signature .. How do I notify employee of garnishment?
Employers are typically notified of a wage garnishment via a court order or IRS levy. They must comply with the garnishment request, and typically start withholding and remitting payment as soon as the order is received.
Do employers have to notify employees of garnishments?
The employer usually has to notify the debtor in writing that wage garnishment is about to start before sending payments directly to the creditor in question. The wage garnishment then typically continues until the debts are paid off. There are a number of protections in place for employees whose wages are garnished.
Can an employer get in trouble for not garnishing wages?
The primary reason that employers generally comply with garnishment judgment is that the company itself could become and remain liable for the full debt owed to the creditor even if the person that owes is not an employee. This processes against the employer when he or she does not comply with the garnishment order.
When can an employer stop a garnishment?
The garnishment terminates 90 days after the end of employment, unless the debtor is re-employed by the garnishee during that period. If there is more than one garnishment, each garnishment must be paid in full in the order it was served on the employer.
Are you supposed to be notified of a garnishment?
You have to be legally notified of the garnishment. You can file a dispute if the notice has inaccurate information, or you believe you don't owe the debt. Some forms of income, such as Social Security and veterans benefits, are exempt from garnishment as income.
How do you tell who is garnishing your wages?
You may find a reference to wage garnishment which was overlooked. You should also request a credit report as soon as possible from all credit reporting agencies right away. Contact the Internal Revenue Service to find out whether your wages are being garnished. You should have received a garnishment notice from them.
Can your check be garnished without notice?
Judgment Creditors Regular creditors cannot garnish your wages without first suing you in court and obtaining a money judgment. That means that if you owe money to a credit card company, doctor, dentist, furniture company, or the like, you don't have to worry about garnishment unless those creditors sue you in court.
Can you stop a garnishment once it starts?
You must take action to prevent the initial garnishment or address it if it has already started by claiming an exemption with the court. The creditor will continue to garnish your wages until you pay the debt in full or take some measure to stop the garnishment, such as by filing for bankruptcy (see below).
