What do you like best?
I love that the physician can dictate the form to me and I can easily load the form and type it up for him. He is extremely busy and needs to fill these forms out on his own time. Now I can do it for him saving him the time to focus on face to face visits with his patients.
What do you dislike?
It is very new to me, so I am uncertain if there is anything at this point I don't like, as I am unfamiliar with a good portion of the program. But what I have used thus far is great!

Like most of the features, I would like it if I could make boundaries and then just fill in the inside of the shape that I make like the old-school paint application.

How do I extract pages from a PDF for free?
Drag and drop your PDF into the PDF Splitter.
Choose to 'Extract every page into a PDF' or 'Select pages to extract'.
For the latter, select the pages you wish to extract.
Click 'Split PDF', wait for the process to finish and download.
How do I extract pages from a PDF Change editor?
With your file open in Open-Xchange Editor, go to Document > Extract Pages
Select the radio button to the left of “Pages:” and enter the page numbers you wish to extract in the field to the right of “Pages:”
You will most likely ignore the “Actions with Objects” section.
