I have only been using PDFfiller for a couple of months but it has been a godsend. My son has 3 different court cases going and that is a ton of forms that need to be filled out every time he needs to file or respond. PDFfiller makes the process extremely easy. I signed up for the free trial and was able to amend 2 documents with ease.If I had the kind of life that required me to need further amendments in this way, this service is absolutely one I would use. Thing is, I just don't, so I didn't sign up after the free trial! Had a little difficulty cancelling the subscription, but honestly - I think that was 'on me', I just wasn't entirely sure what I was doing.However, it's a great service and the company responded to my concern when the subscription fee was taken by emailing me back and confirming that they would be refunding the cost. So, I think you can trust this company.

Extremely Useful, Slightly Non-Intuitive
Love the program/service/software and all its online functions, including the US Legal Forms integration for documents like wills and trusts. But it is a little clunky/non-intuitive in terms of user experience and interaction–be prepared to spend time clicking around to find not only your own documents, but also the service's libraries. Looking forward to integrating with third-party/external cloud storage.

Excellent customer service/IT
I had occasion to need assistance in performing a certain process within this program suite. The IT person with whom I was connected (Joyce) was courteous and professional. She determined the solution to my problem taught me what I needed to know in a matter of minutes. I had made two previous attempts to resolve this earlier in the day, but once I was online with Joyce it was resolved quickly and easily. She is a gem.
