I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. At first I did have problems figuring out how to use it. I don't see a "copy/paste" button and wish there was one. Overall, as I start to use it more and more I am liking it.

Very simple to use and create your own invoice for your company and you can e-mail to your client from the same site that also provides a security code for the receiver to access your invoice and you receive a notice when they do.

I was extremely happy with PDFFiller until I took an entire 2 hours worth of notes on a pdf and the website froze when I tried to save it. And then lost it all with no recovery option.

What do you like best?
The ease of dragging and dropping new files into the PDF filler program.
What do you dislike?
The extra options such as notary and other things like fax are not free or easily accessible to find out how they work in advance.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Converting PDF to JPG is a huge problem being solved. Also, easily changing a date on a flyer that is a PDF.

Accidentally subscribed after the free trial but the customer service team was super helpful at refunding.
Also the software seemed really good when I briefly used it.
