Very good so far except that when I attempt to print completed documents the program changes the orientation of the doc so that it cannot be printed. I've managed a work around, but it's annoying.

Great application. Only slight problem with address box, press the <enter> ket 3 or 4 times after filling sender address to keep it from printing over instructions in box immediately beneath.

Only thing it is lacking is the OCR - If it would have had this ability to edit scanned pdf document like PDF element - then it would have been the best!

My experience with PDFfiller has been mostly smooth. It has beneficial features I haven't found with other PDF editors. There are a couple of things that I haven't been able to do but I'm not sure if it's not an option or I just don't know how to do them.

Is Pay secrecy illegal?
Pay secrecy refers to a common workplace policy that prohibits employees from discussing their pay. Many employee handbooks may impose some such policy, implied or explicitly. Therefore, it is technically illegal for an employer to impose pay secrecy rules or punish employees for discussing salaries.
Are pay secrecy policies legal?
Here are a few legal facts about pay secrecy you should know: Most employees are legally allowed to discuss their salaries under the National Labor Relations Act (NRA) of 1935, even if they sign a nondisclosure agreement. The act prohibits employers from imposing or even implying pay secrecy policies.
Is Pay secrecy a good practice?
The advantages of pay secrecy are better managerial control of organization's processes. Less conflict. Better options for differentiating good and bad workers. And less fluctuation and better position of management in individual salary negotiations with employees.
Is it illegal to look at someone's paycheck?
Yes. You should only be accessing the data you need to access to do your job, especially when it comes to financial data. Most companies, looking at someone else's paycheck without having a valid business reason is a reason for immediate termination.
What is a pay secrecy clause?
Pay secrecy clauses. Employment contracts sometimes prohibit employees from discussing their pay terms with others. The Equality Act prohibits clauses which prevent a person from sharing information about contractual terms, “in so far as that person seeks to make a relevant pay disclosure”.
Is it OK to discuss salary with coworkers?
Yes, it's O.K. and perfectly legal to talk about it. What many workers don't realize is that it is unlawful for private sector employers to prohibit employees from discussing wages and compensation, and it has been since the National Labor Relations Act was passed in 1935.
Can an employer tell you not to talk about pay?
But here's the thing: Under a nearly 80-year-old federal labor law, employees already can talk about their salaries at work, and employers are generally prohibited from imposing “pay secrecy” policies, whether they do business with the federal government. The law, she says, “is not really well understood.”
Why is it inappropriate to discuss salary with coworkers?
Employers hate it when employees discuss salaries because it exposes discrimination and other unfair pay practices, she says. If your employer has a written policy or contract prohibiting salary discussions, you can report them to the National Labor Relations Board.
