I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. It's diffcult to make some changes or fix mistakes. I have notice that it is had to find a blank form. So if you need to file say 2 941 forms. I couldn't just choose another 941 form from menu. I had to use one of my saved forms or let the site and choose to file 941 and log back in

How do I find someone to take over my lease?
If you need to get out of a lease, one of your options is to find a qualified tenant that wants to sign on for the remaining months. When you find someone to take over your lease, you are transferring (or “assigning”) the remainder of your lease term to them. You leave permanently.
Can I give my apartment lease to someone else?
Answer. Under a typical lease assignment, you transfer all of your space to someone else for the entire remaining term of the lease, and the new tenant pays rent directly to the landlord. If the new tenant fails to pay rent or damages the rental, your landlord could look to you for compensation.
