The only thing I wished for in using it was copy/paste for adding many text lines of the same size and shape again and again instead of creating each one each time.

Changing things (like dates) on insurance forms helps us a great deal when the insurance information stays the same and only the date needs changed. (Accord forms). We don't have to completely retype an insurance renewal form. So Handy

I have helped a colleague in inputting his information on flyers that had someone else's and the eraser showed lines in the final product. I had to figure out what was going on and I figured out I could increase the eraser to remove items rather than going over it several times (like wite-out tape).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to make changes to documents that you do not want to retype over and over again, then this product is a handy tool. Also, for doing 'already-made-up-flyers' to use for yourself by adding your own information is great. I used to have to remake everything with Corel Draw. This is waaaaaaay easier!!

I like the accessibility of the application. I can access from anywhere by just using my browser.

im so pleased with how simple and easy it is to edit pdf files. love all the features. very user friendly. the only thing of concern is the high price

I find the programming impressive. I find the website less so as it is really quite hard to find out how do so such simple and presumably popular things as setting up formatted forms for use on a website. Too, find some terms a bit confusing such as template vice a fillable pdf vice a document. Maybe a startup, online primer to show exactly how to do basic things and find basic options. I will say this. My call to your support staff was excellent. Your agent told me exactly what I needed to know in that instance.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. What is Time Charter in shipping?
