It was fairly easy to search out IRS forms but then you find out they're not usable because they're in Red!?! Also it said if you paid for a one-year subscription you save 65%, but the yearly cost was exactly the same as paying monthly and you didn't know this until you processed your payment???

I am a data manager at a school and this program has made my job a whole lot easier when it comes to asking for student records. This also helps when my fax machine wants to be lazy lol the five stars are definitely not enough!

A very easy to use program
A very easy to use program, though you are forced to sign up for free trial if you want to print any documents.It did what I required, so cant complain. Just would prefer it to notify of unable to print unless joined up for 30 day trial before I spent 4 hours working on translation document.

Can you ask date of birth on job application?
The Age Discrimination in Employment Act protects employees 40 years of age and above. Job applications cannot ask for the candidate's date of birth. Generally speaking, age is not relevant in most hiring decisions except young candidates who are under the age of 18.
Can employers ask how old you are?
There is no federal protection in place to protect workers younger than 40 from age discrimination. To determine if you are legally eligible to perform a job, employers are allowed to ask if you are over the age of 18.
Do you have to disclose your age when applying for a job?
There is no law against asking for age on a job application or background checking forms. That may vary from country to country or state to state. That said, I encourage employers not to ask for information like age and social security number on an application because of potential discrimination issues.
