Exceptional Support ...
Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. Easy to use the program, has a lot of great features & tools to use within the program. Will recommend to others. Love the timeline status for documents sent out or waiting to be signed
Don't like the reloading that the program does when open reopening documents sometimes. Overall not much to complaint about

Very satisfied so far. Have not yet utilized the notary service but plan to do so. Very happy editing PDFs. My only complaint is that it's far too expensive for my needs as an individual. I can see how it would be well worth it for a business, but in my case, I will likely cancel after a month because I just can't afford it. Please consider a cheaper option for individuals &/or sole proprietors. That said, it's a great service -- far better than others I've used. Great job.

Impressive customer service
I needed pdfFiller for one time use so subscribed and immediately cancelled my subscription when I had finished. A month later I was charged $96. I got in contact with their customer support team via the online live chat and within 2 minutes of contacting them the money was back in my paypal balance, no questions asked. Much easier than expected

Perfect, I tried using the government website for this form and half the fields did not work, from now on I will use government forms from PDF

Loved the ease of this software - it saves lots of time.
This software is so so easy to use and makes filling out forms then saving those forms so much easier.
I found no cons with the use of this software. It was so easy to use and eliminated filling out by hand.
