Anne in customer support was outstanding, she was patient, calm, informative and extremely helpful. I had lost work that I had spent hours on and couldnt find what I had done wrong, Anne patiently worked through it with me and I found the document, without her I would have cried, literally, as I had worked the whole of the night on the document and it looked like i had lost it all. I think your product is fabulous and quite easy to use. My problem is that I have a very part time office and paying the monthly or even yearly subscription is difficult. A per use charge might work better for me.

Initially, it was a bit confusing. However, after using the program a few times, I am delighted. I very much like the fact that I can take a printed form, scan it, and then fill it in and print it. The result is very professional looking. Still not sure how to change fonts.

The best part is that it automatically "carbon copies" to other pages if they require the same information (ex: 1099 tax doc). I've used other PDF generating programs and you have to manually fill in each page. This is such a time-saver and seems like an obvious feature that would be part of any PDF program. I guess this is what makes PDFfiller a greater product than the competition!

I think the learning curve is a little steep. Also, at times the app seems a little counter-intuitive. It's not always easy to find forms you have worked on previously.

What an awesome product. We use accord forms so often in this office that it is nice to have help!
We like that most accord forms we use are already available from the site, but more so than that, the fact that we can upload our own documents as well. When you have to generate 150 certificates for one client, all different, this program makes that process seamless. The site runs very well, have not had to deal with freezing issues or losing extensive work because it didn't save, the site always saves my work for me. We just couldn't be more happy with the service.
There is not a lot that we do not like about the program, but one thing sticks out for sure. If one of my agents is logged on to the site and another agent logs in, the first agent will usually be kicked off. This was not really even an issue since the system always saved the agents work, and all of my agents will announce now that they are logging in.
