Just got the PDFfiler installed and it was easy to work and save. So far have a problem with printing or faxing the document to court. I have not learned all the works to the program yet, I'm sure that the reason.

The one time I used helped they actually helped. The other service I tried to use before this one, I couldn't get any help.

Very easy and intuitive, the learning curve is very small. Tiny differences in the drawing between what you see on the screen and in the printed document.

Must Have!
This program is awesome for creating new contracts or clients, you can even email it and have them sign online.
It automatically charges you for a year so make sure you choose monthly billing if you would like to be billed differently than annual.

What do you like best?
I subscribed to pdfFiller because a vendor sent me a pdfFiller form document that I needed to print. I canceled within the 30 day free trial period before my company card was charged. The cancelation was easy and the PDFfiller customer support desk was very responsive and professional in explaining a small temporary charge to my card. I likely will end up a customer.
What do you dislike?
There was nothing to dislike in my experience with pdfFiller.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You are making this review process too tedious. I cannot type a novel. It seems like a very professional, well-run company and good product.

Outstanding customer service
So I apparently signed up for the 30 day trial, but with memory issues forgot as I only needed for one thing. However, 30 days later I got charged. Now, although it was fantastic and easy to use for that one thing a month ago, it’s not something I use a lot of, hence why I forgot. Anyway, after contacting the customer services dept through their email, they very quickly responded within 30 minutes and after hearing my story, gave a full refund. I’m sorry I don’t need to use the program as it was very easy to edit my PDF and convert etc, but I would highly recommend this company’s PDFFiller software.

How are S corps elected?
If you want to make the S corporation election, you need to file IRS Form 2553, Election by a Small Business Corporation. If you file Form 2553, you do not need to file Form 8832, Entity Classification Election, as you would for a C corporation. You can file your Form 2553 with the IRS online, by fax, or by mail.
When can you elect S corp?
How to Elect S Corporation Tax Status. In the same way, as a corporation elects S corporation status, an LLC elects S corporation status by filing IRS Form 2553 with the IRS. The election must be made no more than two months and 15 days after the beginning of the tax year when the election is to go into effect.
Who can elect S corp status?
Qualifications to Elect S Corporation Status It must be a domestic (U.S.) corporation, with no foreign investors. It must have no more than 100 shareholders. It has only one class of stock. Furthermore, it must use a December 31 year-end.
Can you make an S election mid-year?
Enter the first day of the tax year for which you wish the S corporation election to be effective in Line E. The election must begin on the first day of the business tax year. You cannot elect a change in tax filing status mid-year.
Is the corporation electing to be an S corporation beginning with this tax year?
Existing LCS and C Corporations with a tax year that began on January 1 have until March 15, 2020, to file IRS Form 2553 (Election by a Small Business Corporation) to request S Corporation status for the tax year.
Can an LLC elect to be an S Corp?
For tax purposes, by default, an LLC with one member is disregarded as an entity. Or, in other words, is treated as a sole proprietorship. And, once it has elected to be taxed as a corporation, an LLC can file a Form 2553, Election by a Small Business Corporation, to elect tax treatment as an S corporation.
What does s election mean?
S corporations are corporations that elect to pass corporate income, losses, deductions, and credits through to their shareholders for federal tax purposes. S corporations are responsible for tax on certain built-in gains and passive income at the entity level.

One major advantage of an S corporation is that it provides owners limited liability protection, regardless of its tax status. Limited liability protection means that the owners' personal assets are shielded from the claims of business creditors whether the claims arise from contracts or litigation.
