What do you like best? I like to be able to upload multiple documents and then have the ability to rearrange them if needed, or remove, or even add to my entire document. What do you dislike? I do not like that the desktop extention frequently has errors, and continues to lag. I also do not like that the fax portion is uncustomizable. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps me to add or remove specific line items, which I do not want others to see. It also allows us to add pictures to the PDF documents, such as signatures, and or stamps for notary.

What do you like best? The ability to send PDF's for signature and manipulate fields... What do you dislike? sometimes the automatic field mapping can be quirky and when people sign documents it may not be the most intuitive set up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having to print out paper to just to sign and scan back. Also, due to the pandemic and less people having in person meetings this can be used to sign documents even when you are not face to face with clients.

Step rent, also known as step-up rent or step-up lease, is a type of additional rent term found in commercial real estate where the rent increases or decreases at defined periods. It is generally used to simplify accounting by separating out the increases due to inflation into a separate row in the accounts.
Graduated lease refers to an agreement under which a tenant and landlord agree to a periodic adjustment of monthly payments. In general, this means an increase in the tenant's payments due to either market conditions or an increase in the value of the leased property.
reappraisal lease. A lease in which the rent is adjusted based on an independent appraisal of the value of the property;frequently seen with long-term ground leases.
