I LOVE THIS SERVICE SO FAR. IT HAS ALLOWED ME TO CREATE THE DEMOGRAPHICS FORM FOR TAX PAYERS IN THE LAY OUT THAT I ALWAYS DESIRED. THE BONUS TO THE LAYOUT IS THE PDF FILL IN THAT ALLOWS YOU TO INSTRUCT THE CLIENT RIGHT WITHIN THE CELL. THE SEND TO SIGN FEATURE IS AMAZING IT ALLOWS ME TO OFFER A FASTER SERVICE WITH OUT HAVING TO HAVE A PERSONAL INTERVIEW.

seems fairly easy to use. I fault PDF filler for one reason. All of the files you can use to fill in are all legal based, when I tried to find a simple grid I was unable to do so, I had to make my own.

I adore PDFFiller they are great to help when small issues arise , and when you get frustrated with items not working . The staff is always ready to help and does not treat the customers like a number. I feel it is some of the best money we spend every year.We do not have a business , but we have to deal with many government offices and this is a great way to be able to fax and email and even mail via your local mail carrier and edit things that need to be sent.

Due to mental illness I have severe limitations with sequencing, prioritizing, staying on track, paying attention to detail, and decreased information processing speed, just to name a few. I usually need more time to process instructions So when I first started playing/exploring this application I was really intimidated. I thought I was going to have to cancel the the trial, give up and cancel but to my surprise I'm starting to get the hang of things and I think I really like it. The capabilities of this application seam endless. I'm actually quite amazed I've never seen anything like it. Hopefully after watching a few webinars/training sessions I'll be able to learn even more. I'm excited and even more motivated because results I have exceeded my expectations.

I have been satisfied with the subscription and have used it with my work, however I am retiring the end of September and will no longer need this subscription

User Friendly
So far, it's been great. Seems very user friendly, I had one issue where I couldn't find the Sign Now button (that could be made more visible or made as the default), I emailed Support and they responded very quickly, which I really appreciated.

How do you identify patient data?

Identification is the process used to prevent someone's personal identity from being revealed. For example, data produced during human subject research might be disidentified to preserve privacy for research participants. Identification is adopted as one of the main approaches of data privacy protection.

The term disidentified data refers to patient data from which all information that could reasonably be used to identify the patient has been removed/replaced (e.g., removing name, address, SSN, etc). It uses statistical and scientific principles and methods proven to render information not individually identifiable.
