My first use of the platform, I needed several chats for assistance. The representatives always were helpful, sometimes researching to find forms that I needed.

What do you like best?
I like that the program is pretty intuitive and that I’m able to figure most things out on my own. I am able to erase and utilize previously filled forms that otherwise I might have to obtain from another source. The time and energy savings for me offsets the cost. In addition, I like being able to work on the program from a mobile standpoint - as long as I have cell phone or internet connectivity, I’m able to access and work on documents at my convenience.
What do you dislike?
Nothing that I really dislike. I still struggle with how to send a document directly out of the program to someone that may or may not have sufficiently updated software or skills to open. I’ve worked around this by saving the document and then sending from a cloud storage site.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I’ve used tillable Adobe programs and PDFfiller meets or exceeds the capabilities of the Adobe programs I have used.

I purchased a change to my account in error.
I purchased a change to my account not knowing I was upgrading to a different service, one I didn't need and that I purchased in error. I immediately contacted pdfFiller and spoke to Kara. I explained my situation, and within minutes, she reverted my account back to the basic service and issued me a refund for the difference. She was extremely helpful and I'm extremely satisfied.

Very easy to use
Very easy to use. Could perhaps be upgraded by getting you directly to one point you'are looking for in you document (pdfiller only underline the searched element but don't bring you to it).

I love this program easy to use platform. As a student this has been my all in one solution. This is a one stop shop program. Seems like every need as far as documents legal forms can be found here. For myself I would recommend this to anyone who is trying to find a platform that handles all your needs. That really is to say the least I have yet to unlock all the features PDF has to offer. What is meant by indexing?
Indexing is a process where our server crawls through your website, fetches every page that it can find and stores a list of keywords that are found on your site in our database. These keywords are then used to find pages on your site when a user perform search operations.
How do you drop an index?
