What do you like best?
The Best Part is the Ease of Use and very intuitive.. The ease of editing any PDF files and so easy to send my real estate contracts to be signed from anywhere!!! And it is Priced just right!!!
What do you dislike?
Hummm.... I really can not think of any! At first it was hard to navigate, but once you know where everything is .. its very easy.. I really don't know why anyone would use DocuSign, the y charge so much for so little.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would give it a try.. I did and love it.. so easy to use.. and so affordable.

I mainly use Pdf Filler for having real estate contracts signed by my sellers & buyers.. but its great for editing any pdf file..

The program is easy to use and super convenient. Your documents are always with you on the server PDFIller provides.
What do you dislike?
Getting in touch with a person in customer service is impossible and emails to cust. serv. have not been answered. I originally signed up as a single user; but then as my needs expanded at my office, I added and paid for three more users. For a while everything worked without issue, but then the other three users could not log-in and the different prompts in my dashboard were saying the subscriptions were active and to this day my office staff works through my sole account which can knock someone off in the middle of something.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The fax benefit is awesome. I use the program with my insurance agency. It is way more user friendly than Adobe and you don't need a separate service to send a client a form to sign.

Great Product
I am able to complete many forms without having to use more complex programs.
The ability to find and fill out form not available other wise.
Some searches turn up rather strange results.

Top notch tool for all your document editing needs pdf, word and much more
It has been great using PDF filller, its awesome to be able to edit and sign documents from my personal computer and use them for school and work. Everything is pretty seamless and self explanatory, and I have yet to experience any real issues.

I liked being able to create customizable fillable forms for our company. Overall, it is easy to use and responsive. PDF filler is great for a digital signature and saves your previous signature for efficiency.
the customizable form feature sometimes lagged and caused minor issues.

When I tried to sign in from a new home…
When I tried to sign in from a new home computer, after I put in my email and password, a box flashed with information in the top right of my screen. It flashed and disappeared so quickly that I could not read it. I had to keep attempting to sign in so that each time I could read a little farther in the box which I finally was able to read and it told me that an email had been sent to my email account and I had to go there to verify that it was me signing in from this new computer. The box should not flash and disappear so fast that it cannot be read.

For as little as we need a *** editor I could not justify the cost of *****, so this was a good alternative. *** some issues with my pay method after having them for 3 years. Wish I could have just updated my Pay info instead of having to cancel my plan and sign up again. That messed up a discount I had, but kudos to the customer service for being able to straighten it out. *** to do everything through chat because no phone number. Overall decent **************."

How do I trace an EFT payment?
Under the Payments & Receivables tab, select Investigation from the Electronic Funds Transfer menu. Click Trace to display the Trace Payment Search screen will be displayed. Enter the details of the payment you wish to trace including file number, bank, branch, account number and value date (optional).
What is an EFT trace number?
Definition: Check number or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) number that is unique within the sender/receiver relationship. Version: 005010.
What is an EFT number?
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is a system of transferring money from one bank account directly to another without any paper money changing hands. It is used for both credit transfers, such as payroll payments, and for debit transfers, such as mortgage payments.
What is a trace number?
What is trace number: trace number is unique identity for payment. Trace Number = Routing number (8 digits) + any seven number. 15 digit trace number for each payment. Please note that the trace number is only valid if contains 15 digits and no other characters.
Where can I find my EFT number?
Your bank's routing number is the nine-digit number at the bottom left of your check. Your bank account number is to the right of the routing number. Do not enter any non-numeric characters in your bank account number. Do not enter the check number as part of the account number.
How long does it take for an EFT payment to go through?
EFT payment processing time The amount of time needed to process an EFT payment depends on the type of payment, your EFT provider, and when you submit the payment. Your EFT payment might take anywhere from one to four days on average. EFT payments typically only process on business days.
Can you trace an ACH transaction?
With every transfer utilizing the Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network, there is a unique reference number called a trace number, which we at Dollar call a Trace ID. With ACH transfers, specific transaction details are made private in order to ensure the safety of account information and identity.
What is an ACH trace number?
TRACE NUMBER — A unique number assigned to every ACH entry by an Originating Depository Financial Institution which identifies that entry within a specific ACH file. The first 8 digits of the trace number are the transit/routing number of the DFI and the last 7 digits are sequence numbers assigned by the originator.
