Naming of documents is not useful when trying to locate them at a later time. I have numerous Acord 25 forms for different entities and have to open each one to find the one I need.

The dashboard is well laid out and intuitive. It is easy to figure out the functions of buttons without referring to FAQ.
What do you dislike?
There is a little bit of a disconnect when saving your file, it's not always easy to figure where it is being saved.

Start out with the trial. I think you will be impressed enough to purchase.

For us it has eliminated the need to download, then print a document, fill out the blank fields, then scan it and email it to the requestor.

Once I figured out how to use the eraser feature, this software was immensely helpful. Occasionally, it did not print the lines on Schedules K-1, but eventually it did. I have now successfully downloaded a file from the IRS and merged it into the file I was working on with pdf Filler. I really like this software.

Amazing customer service, very fast response time I was on trial with pdfFiller and it was really amazing. The best PDF filling software I've ever found. I even used the trial, forgot when it ended and then got charged. BUT I managed to get a refund after explaining my situation. These people are awesome. From Issues or Tasks Web part, click on List > List Settings. Click on Advanced Settings. Scroll to E-Mail Notification section. Change Send e-mail when ownership is assigned? Radio button to Yes. Click OK.
To set an alert for the entire library or list, click Library or List, and then click Alert Me, and then click Set alert on this library. To set an alert for a document, select the document and click Files or Documents, then click Alert Me, and then click Set alert on this document.
Click the Site Actions menu and then click Site Settings. On the Site Settings page, under Site Administration, click User alerts. In the list next to Display alerts for, select the person whose alerts you want to view. Click the Update button.
With Alerts, you can receive notifications via text messages or email when your SharePoint Items or documents on your site change. Usually, alerts are created when a site is created. There are also certain SharePoint Alerts Permissions you should be aware of.
The SharePoint platform facilitates collaboration between site members. You can set alerts on a list and library to receive email notifications when the list or library is updated. An email notification is sent to the email addresses specified for the alert each time an item is added, deleted or modified.
