I enjoy very much that I can scan in documents and then fill in and add things to them easily.
What do you dislike?
Very little. But sometimes I find I accidentally click on the up/down bar instead of the buttons. Also, some of the buttons are not intuitive, but trial and error works well, and mistakes are easily deleted.

I used to need a type writer (or hand write) sometimes still to comply with using the forms given to me by the government. Now, I can upload them and use the computer. Much better.

I LOVE the features in the premium package! Now I can create a fillable form and put it on my website where it can be filled out directly! I can even customize the button they click on to fill out the form! I added radio buttons, check boxes, and fillable text boxes. I even saw where I can collect payment upon completion of a form. How many healthy start vouchers can I use at once?
Customers are allowed to use more than one voucher at a time, as long as all the vouchers they wish to spend are within their use-by date. Retailers must give Healthy Start foods to the full value of each voucher they must not give change.

To claim Healthy Start Food Vouchers, you should fill in a claim form and have it approved by a health professional, for example, a midwife. The form is in a leaflet called 'Healthy Start', which you can get from your midwife or doctor. You can also download the form or apply online on the Healthy Start website.
