Easy to use. Can save forms for future use. Does not require any extra learning. Intuitive format makes easy for anyone to use.
Cost was a bit much, but decided the year membership was the best savings deal.
Have used it multiple times already in the first few months so I am glad I did not do a month to month membership.

An excellent company with mind-numbingly awesome customer service. I expected an automated response and a week or more wait to resolve an accounting problem, what I experienced was not only a response but total problem resolution in less than and hour. Unfortunately I dont have need for their services at the moment because these guys are just the type of business I want to do business with and I am positive you will too. Took a little time to figure out how to do more than one signature on a single document, but the Support Team was helpful and patient with me as I learned.

Customer Service Is Great
I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.
