So far so good!My first transaction on PDF filler. I would say that the passwords and pins are a little confusing for people. Also, brokers don't recognize PDF filler for authenticated signatures. They accept Docusign. I use PDF filler mostly for the ability to make my PDF files fillable and then I transfer them to Docusign. So I do find PDF filler VERY useful.

Overall experience has been great ! This tool helps to merge, convert to pdf as well as edit pdfs as needed on the fly. The software has came in handy to sign documents electronically, quickly edit portions of pdf.
Great tool for editing pdfs. I mean you could edit very little detail in the pdf and you wouldn't even know if it was changed. All in one package that gives tremendous flexibility with converting word documents to pdf, editing scanned images by converting them to pdfs as well as getting and authorizing with ability to get electronic signatures. With this software you don't need Docu Sign !!
Cant erase back ground color for edited text. Edited text should appear seamless and not show signs of editing. Cursor movements and moving of text boxes needs alignment and calibration for more accuracy. There needs to be a way to revert back the changes done. Payment processing and charges need to be clear and upfront without any disguise.

I tried several pdf editors in my search to save time filling out real estate forms. Now that's nice!

How do you get a certified autograph?

How do you certify autographs?
The most recognizable authentication companies include Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA), James Spence Authentication (JSA), and Autograph Certification Experts (ACE). It's a good idea to go with one of these companies, as you want a recognizable company to authenticate your autograph.
How can you tell if an autograph is authentic?
Through a magnifying glass, you will be able to see more ink on the edges of the lines than in the middle. Look for autographs printed by machines that may have an unnaturally “smooth” effect. Check the color of the ink. If you've decided that the paper is likely genuine, look at the ink.
What is an inscription autograph?
An inscription is anything an athlete or celebrity adds to an item other than their signature. Each celebrity has a different fee, usually based on how many characters or words are needing inscribing. They usually range anywhere from $10 to $300 (and up), depending on what you want them to write.
What is the difference between signed and inscribed?
An inscription is a short note written by the previous owner, or, in some cases, the author, in the beginning of a book. While an inscription is generally accompanied by a signature, a signed book specifically denotes the author's signature, as in an autograph.
What does sign copy mean?
Signed Copy means a copy that has been signed by both parties to the contract. The resident or his/her legal.
Are Signed books worth anything?
There's no rule. If a book is signed by the author, it may be worth more than an unsigned copy. The difference could be large, moderate, or negligible, depending upon the book in question. If the author is very popular, but signatures are scarce, the signature will be in demand.
What does sign first edition mean?
Some books are issued by the publisher in two forms: a first trade edition, the mass-produced copies for sale in stores, and a special or limited edition, produced in small quantities, often in a different binding or issued with a page signed by the author (called a signed limited edition).
