I don't like that you have to hard return on open spaces or the text goes off the page. I don't like how there is not any guidance on the cursor in pre-developed forms-there should at least be a grid view option. I do like how clean it looks and intuitive it is to use.

This is awesome! I am happy to have purchased a full year subscription. As a military veteran, I am constantly filling out standard forms for military, the veterans administration, etc., so this is a great way to fill out a form neatly, and methodically, instead in my own hand writing. Great. Still getting used to it though. But is very helpful indeed. When I paid for this it cost $120 but my credit card was deducted $170. I am still waiting for a response please and a refund

I really like it. I have not read all of the instructions, but have used it on several forms. Would like to know how to print a form, without all of the background being printed. I mean, I upload a form. Fill it in and then try to print to the form that I have. It prints everything, when I just want to print what I filled in. For instance, had a problem with my QuickBooks. Wanted to print a check, quickly. Thought I will just upload a check, fill it in and print in on my check. It wanted to print everything. Of course, the bank will not take that, because if it just isn't quite right, it can look altered. Is there a way to do it? Of course, as you know everyone just wants to start working and not read the instructions. Thank you

I was trying to figure out how to just save a pdf filled out.... there are so many pop up windows.

Good service but some things like filling out spaced letters are more difficult than they should be and paying for the service feels bad.Overall good though, being able to sign online is a nice convenience perk.

Excellent customer service and response time. Very easy to use platform. Tons of capabilities and resources built in. Legal forms lists and easy to use e-signatures!!! This program is amazing!!! What is the payment standard for Section 8?
Payment Standard for Each Area This payment standard will be between 90 and 110 percent of the Fair Market Rent. Therefore, the three factors that determine how much Section 8 pays landlords are: The Fair Market Rent that has been set for the metropolitan area where your property is located.

The payment standard is the maximum subsidy a PHA can pay on behalf of a family, and a PHA establishes payment standards based on the HUD-established Fair Market Rents (FOR) for the area. More details on exception payment standards are below.
What is the payment standard for HUD?
Within the basic range, the payment standard is set between 90 percent and 110 percent of the 40th percentile published FOR. Whenever the FOR increases or decreases, the PHA must ensure that its payment standards remain within the basic range.
What is the most Section 8 will pay?
Under the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program, most tenants will pay 30% of their monthly income. The Public Housing Authority that issued and approved the voucher will pay the landlord the remainder of the rent and utility costs.

How does Section 8 Determine your voucher amount?
Your PHA will calculate the maximum voucher amount. The maximum amount is usually the 30% of a family's monthly adjusted income minus the payment standard OR 30% of monthly adjusted income minus the rent payment, whichever is less.
Can Section 8 tenant pay more than voucher?
While federal law prohibits you from charging more rent to Section 8 tenants than you would unsubsidized renters, you can charge more than HUD's fair market statistics. Bear in mind, however, that HUD does not allow Section 8 families to spend more than 40 percent of their household incomes on rent and utilities.
How is Section 8 funded?
Funding comes from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is administered through local Public Housing Agencies (Has). Housing Choice (Section 8) vouchers are granted to eligible low-income families who meet eligibility requirements and get accepted into the program.
